Payment plan I:

· 10% of the price 3 days after roof completion

· 5% of the price upon receiving the Notary deed

Property maintenance:

The owners of the apartments should pay an annual maintenance fee of 10 EUR per sqm that would cover the costs for:

· Security door entrance clearance with individual electronic key access and recorded monitoring on the public spaces and the car park, plus security room with security officer in charge for monitoring and granting entrance to the venue

· Cleaning of communal areas of the building and the garden

· Maintenance and cleaning of the swimming pool and the circulated and filter system

· Maintenance and operation of electricity, water supply, air-conditioning, heating and ventilation systems as well as all other systems of and in the Common Areas and the Service Areas

· Payment to the supplying companies of all usage fees and other charges for utility consumption in the Common Areas and the Service Areas

· Payment of bills for electricity consumption of the communal areas

· Payment of bills for water consumption of the communal areas

· Basic repairs to the building and its communal areas occurring from the normal use of the property
