Property investment in exotic locations outside Europe

Overseas property buyers from Britain are becoming increasingly fascinated with exotic locations outside Europe when it comes to investing in the real estate market. Their choice of a property to rent on a holiday abroad also favours the not so popular, until recently, destinations.

According to experts, the continuing rise of the level of interest in foreign property investment is fuelled partly by British buyers who purchase premises in both emerging and traditional locations.

Brazil, for example, is one of the newly emerged on the property market, hoping to attract investors in a long term, far beyond the two to three-year popularity span. The country draws attention from more adventurous property buyers, hoping to explore its untouched parts or simply make a secure investment.

Brazil has an established economic performance and with returns of more than 20% from some investment properties, has one of the fastest growing markets and one of the most sought after worldwide property locations.

The key to a successful purchase of property abroad is to find the ideal holiday apartment, town house, luxury villa, plot of land or a hotel in a desirable location and snap it up at the lowest price possible, whether you intend to live there or invest in a property for the profit.
