As a general description the building consists of servicing areas on levels 1 and 5, of one studio and one one-bedroom apartment on level 2, and two maisonettes on levels 3, 4 and 5.The basement floor (Level I) has two furnace rooms ( 2x7m? ) with two storage rooms (2x 17.5 m?), one for each; two storage rooms serving the upper floors (residential area) , fitness areas with differentiated spa areas ( approx. 50m? combined) and a bathroom and toilet (2x4.5?m).Level II ( starting at 100 cm above ground) has two garages (2x 13.3m?); two bathrooms with toilets ( 2x 4.1m?); a hallway with closets ( 2x9.4m?); two living rooms (2x19m?) with separate cooking areas and dining areas ( 2x8.3m?), and two terraces (2x3.6m?) with stairs leading into the backyard. Two basement rooms (2x8.3m?) can be accessed from the backyard.Level III has two studies (2x 12.8m?), each with a terrace (2x4.4m?); two living rooms (2x21.2 m?) with separate cooking areas (2x6.2m?) and dining areas (2x8.3m?); and two uncovered balconies (2x4.5m?) on the sides of the living rooms. Interior staircases lead to two separate sleeping areas on level IV consisting of a total of 6 bedrooms (2x10.5m?+ 2x12.8m?+ 2x11.9m?), plus two walk-in closets (2x6m?) with small balconies attached to them (2x1.8m?) and 2 bathrooms with toilets (2x4.7m?). The hallways on level IV give access to two servicing areas(2x19m?) on level V, designated for laundry (washing, drying, ironing, etc)The house has a two- family (twin-like) design, but it allows a design adaptation for a single owner.
