Property Listings

1. How do I register?
   Follow the Register link. Fill in the form and press Register. If successful, the following message will be displayed on the screen "Registration successful. You will receive a verification email in the next few minutes". You will receive an email with a verification link on the email address you have registered with.
   
   Note: Check your Spam or Junk folder as sometimes emails are received there.
   
   Open the email and click on the verification link. If unable to open the link, copy and then paste it at the address bar of your Browser and click Enter.  Make sure you copy and paste the exact link, without any spaces before or after it, otherwise it would not open.
   Now you can start uploading your properties. Your account will be activated within 2 working days. Once it is activated, the properties you have uploaded will be visible on the website.
   
   Note: To register and open an account is for now free of charge.
2. How much does it cost to register as an Agent?
   To register and open an account is for now free of charge.
3. How many properties I can upload?
   The number of properties you can upload is limited to 100 (one hundred) for now.
4. I can login and upload properties, but I can not find them on the website?
   The properties are not on the website, because your account is not activated yet or it has been deactivated. If you have just registered, please, allow us up to 24 hours to activate your account. If your account has been deactivated, please, contact us on our e-mail:
5. I have an account, but I can not login. My account is disabled.
   You are not able to login because your account has been suspended for some reason. In this case, please, contact us on our e mail:

Website Directory

1. How do I add a site?
   Go to "Get listed" banner or link and choose one of our listings. Click on the banner and then check if your website has already been listed. Follow the steps to the submission form. You will have to suggest a country, if can not find the one you need in our database. Fill in the submission form. Please, note that we require a reciprocal link to us on your website.
2. How much does it cost to submit a site?
   We have two types of listings available-Basic and Premium. The Basic listing is free of charge. The Premium listing costs £ 10 per year.
3. How long does it take for a site to be listed?
   For a website submitted in the Basic listing it usually takes between 2 and 3 weeks. For the paid submissions it takes up to 48 hours to appear in the listings. All the websites must correspond with our Submission Rules to be granted a listing.
4. My website has not been accepted. Why?
   Most probably it does not correspond to our Submission Rules. Please, make sure you meet our requirements. If you are sure about your site’s accuracy, please, contact us.
5. Can I add my website to more than one category?
   Yes, you can, but only if you subscribe for our Premium listing.
6. Can I upgrade my listing?
   Yes, of course. Please, contact us via e-mail to discuss your options.
7. I would like to add more than one website to your directory. Do you give a discount?
   Yes, we do give discounts. It depends on the number of websites you want to submit. We would consider every instance individually. Please, contact us for more information.
8. If you don’t accept my submission, will I have a refund?
   In this case you’ll receive a non full refund of 95% of the amount you have paid. The deduction is for covering our expenses for the refund.
9. Can I have a banner included with my listing?
   Unfortunately, the banners have proved as annoying for the visitors, especially the dynamic and those with pop-ups. So we prefer not to enlist banners and keep the directory simple and easy to use.
