About Bulgaria, Information and Photo Gallery

Bulgaria is a country with great and fascinating history. Boasting numerous mountains, lakes, ski resorts and the picturesque western coast of Black Sea, Bulgaria is one of the most desired holiday destinations. The Bulgarian hospitality is well known and much appreciated by its visitors. As the climate is temperate with dry, hot summers and cold, dump winters; with temperatures varying between +40C and -15C in the summer and winter respectively, holiday goers will enjoy and make the most of their stay.

The well known Black Sea resort of Golden Sands, Sunny Beach, Elenite, St Vlas, Varna and Bourgas offer sunny sandy beaches, clear warm water, countless spas and restaurants as well as entertaining night life. The Bulgarian summer is long, with the season starting from May until the mid-October.

The ski resorts as Borovetc, Pamporovo and Bansko are well established with many new projects and developments taking place at the moment due to the huge demand of buyers. Rila is famous for its beautiful Seven Lakes located high in the mountain.

Bulgaria is an emerging property market with very competitive prices. Some of the foreign buyers are just making a secure investment in holiday homes, apartments and hotels, but most of them relocate after falling in love with the country or tempted by the simple life there. Investing in a business in Bulgaria also brings a high return as the labour is cheaper compared to some of the others Eastern European countries.
